 I run a salon in Karachi, Pakistan for the last ten years .But lately I noticed that I needed to learn some new techniques to satisfy my younger clients. They simply looked at Hollywood stars on the internet and demanded that I cut their hair in the same way. So I took a risk and handed my salon over to one of my staff members and flew to the States to attend a one year course in hair styling. My sister was staying in New York and I chose to enroll myself in an esteemed beauty school that was located on 9th avenue. It was truly a life changing experience for me and I learned a lot in that one year. When I came back to Karachi I did some marketing for my salon and the customers who got their styling from me were highly satisfied and keep coming back. I intend to go back and attend more short courses so I can know about the latest make up techniques as well.
